Kristy L. Breisch, L.M.T., is a Licensed Massage Therapist with 15 years of experience in the massage therapy and bodywork field.  She graduated from Rockford Career College in 2011 with a degree in Massage Therapy.  Kristy is also a holistic practitioner, a Reiki III Master teacher, and chakra energy balancer.  She specializes in many massage therapy techniques and teaches holistic classes.  See the Massage Therapy tab for the conditions she treats and treatment methodologies she uses.  Kristy is also Harmony Center's Office Manager.  Kristy and Lisa have been working together since 2009.

Kristy is a native of the Rockford, IL area.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, watching documentaries, travelling, cooking, collecting crystals, and spending quality time with her wife, Lisa.  Kristy's other job is working at Mercy Health.  She has a long career in medical office managing, medical billing/coding, elder care, chiropractic care, and alternative holistic health practices.

Lisa A. Breisch, L.C.P.C., Psy.D. is the founder and director of the Harmony Center for Holistic Psychotherapy that was established in Loves Park, IL in 2011.  She has 32 years of practice in the mental health field.  Dr. Breisch graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1994 with a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Psychology.  She graduated from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in 1996 with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology.  Dr. Breisch continued at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and graduated in 2001 with a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology.  She has been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois since 1998.  Dr. Breisch has been practicing in Winnebago County since 1999.  See the Psychological Services tab for the conditions she treats and the treatment methodologies she uses.  Dr. Breisch is also the Clinical Training Director for our practicum and internship program for college and graduate students pursuing a career in Psychology.

Dr. Breisch is originally from Chicago, IL.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, gardening, doing arts and crafts, outdoor activities, practicing meditation and prayer, and having fun with her wife, Kristy.  Dr. Breisch has a lifelong interest in human rights and has been an active advocate for mental health, LGBTQIA+ issues, and alternative holistic health practices. ​
